FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: automated multifunctional system for analysis of object images oriented for collective use comprises a basic part of the system for collective use by biologists of various fields, consisting of a control computer, microscope with automatically controlled scanning stage, with focusing drive, software control drivers, with video input device. Meanwhile, software of control computer has modular incremental structure in the form of serially realised software modules, besides, control computer is combined in a network with personal computers of users, at the same time user uses basic part of system only to input images of frames of analysed preparations into computer.

EFFECT: expansion of system functional capabilities, reduced prime cost of system use, increased speed and accuracy of various object images processing and analysis.
