FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical equipment. Stator of a liquid-cooled electric machine comprises a magnetic circuit drawn from insulated electrical steel sheets, winding, located in the grooves of the magnetic circuit, and coolers with channels for coolant located in the grooves of the magnetic circuit, between the magnetic circuit and the coil end and/or between the sections of the magnetic circuit divided along the length. Coolers are adapted to cool the winding and magnetic circuit and are made, in particular, from a heat-conducting material that is homogeneous in terms of chemical composition or are made with the use of soldering or welding of their component parts. Coolers structure can provide direct thermal contact of the side surfaces of the electrical steel sheets with the cooling liquid. In addition, the coolant channels, including the cooler, made in the form of a cooling jacket, enclosing the outer surface of the magnetic circuit, can be made with a variable cross-section, in the way, that the channels in those parts of the coolers that are located near the most heated parts of the magnetic circuit and/or the winding have a smaller cross section. Turbulators can be installed in the channels for the cooling liquid, and the internal surfaces of the channels may have protrusions or ribs that increase the area of contact with the cooling liquid.
EFFECT: technical result consists in higher efficiency of cooling while increasing reliability by reducing the average value and the temperature difference of the individual parts.
