SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry. Charger includes a hopper, a dispensing chamber connected through a loading window to the hopper, an air supplying device, a discharge duct, an aerator, a charging hose, a remote control valve and a check valve connected by a rod to a membrane mechanism mounted in the hopper and consisting of a housing with a cover, between which there is a membrane and a spring installed under the membrane. Dispensing chamber consists of a housing with a hole in the bottom and a cover with a loading window. Air supply and the discharge duct are installed in the opening in the bottom of the dispensing chamber in the form of a pipe-in-pipe connection. Discharge duct is additionally provided with a horn located inside the dispensing chamber. Air supplying device is provided with a supply channel, an air supply hose and a locking mechanism fixed between them by means of fittings. Locking mechanism consists of a body divided by a partition into the inlet and the outlet cavities, and a cover, between which a slotted mesh, a gasket and a membrane are successively installed. Cover of the locking mechanism and the membrane form a cavity between each other, connected by tubes to the inlet cavity of the locking mechanism, the remote control valve and the membrane mechanism installed in the hopper. Aerator is installed between the discharge channel and the horn to form a uniform annular gap with the chamber bottom.

EFFECT: this charger will increase the reliability of loading blast holes and wells with granular explosives, increase the volume of a single charge, as well as increase the strength of the structure.
