FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction. Construction element according to the first embodiment is a finished article for erecting buildings, it has a shape based on a parallelepiped and has a channel and/or a niche for the pull box on the base and/or on the side face and/or on the longitudinal side face, herewith the channel can be transverse, or longitudinal, or L-shaped, or T-shaped, or X-shaped and can be interfaced with the niche for the pull box and in the profiled section it can be made on the basis of geometric shapes, such as a rectangle, a triangle, a circle, a hexagon, and so on. As per the second embodiment it is a finished article for erecting buildings having a shape based on a parallelepiped and has a channel on one of the faces: transverse and/or longitudinal, and/or L-shaped and/or T-shaped or X-shaped and/or a niche for the junction box and/or a composition of interconnected channels and/or niches for pull boxes.

EFFECT: it is possible to form channels for communication directly during the building erection in accordance with a standard or a developed project; the channels that have been formed do not require additional development and are just ready for laying out communications.
