FIELD: civil engineering, erection of carcasses of wall enclosures and building structures. SUBSTANCE: structural member is a block or panel in the form of masonry from piece articles with monolithic material, and contour reinforcement around the block or panel sides in the form of a case made from longitudinal parallel closed girths. The latter adjoin the rigid corner cross members arranged on the ribs of the structural member which are normal to the case surface. The parallel girths of the case are made partly from rigid linear sections and embrace the parallel ribs of a block or panel or they are displaced from them by not more than 0.15 the length of the block or panel rib which is perpendicular to the case surface. The internal or external flange webs of rigid corner cross members of the contour reinforcement made of angle sections rest on the block or panel corners. The linear dimensions of the block or panel satisfy the relation b l h (1-2.4): (2-7.9): (1.1-2.6) where b and h are, respectively, the width and height or reduced width and height of block or panel cross section and l length of block or panel. The enclosure and part of the building structure are made from construction materials. The latter either adjoin one another vertically or are bonded along vertical seams and interconnected so as to form a three-dimensional enclosure or building structure from the bars of block or panel reinforcement. The wall enclosure may be made as a single wall or as two walls from blocks or panels interconnected by flexible or rigid ties. The cells of the wall enclosure carcass are formed from rigid bar members in the form of discrete three-dimensional structures joining in parallel with the mating bars of adjacent structures. The linear dimensions of the latter satisfy the relation given above. The method for erection of a building involves erecting the enclosure from discrete three-dimensional structures which are later filled with piece products and monolithic material either concurrently or after their erection. The building may be erected from prefabricated blocks or panels made from piece articles and monolithic material with concurrent or subsequent connection by means of cases. EFFECT: improved design. 92 cl, 22 dwg
