FIELD: turbine construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to turbine construction, namely to production of impellers of centrifugal compressor. Impeller of a centrifugal compressor includes working blades, a support ring and a cover disc, herewith the support ring consists of a metal separator of the support ring and a composite material, and the cover disk consists of a metal separator of the blasting disk and a composite material. Separators of the support ring and cover disc on the inlet diameter have an annular shield, which protects the composite material from beats by foreign objects. At pinned blade, leading edge is edged with metal band. Metal cover strip is reliably jammed in holes of the separators of the support ring and the cover disc. Metal band has protrusion equal in height to distance between the aerodynamic surfaces of the support ring separators and the cover disk. Metal bands at the ends have legs that hold separators behind their outer surfaces, thereby enhancing wheel's design from being destroyed by centrifugal forces.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of strength characteristics of impeller.
