SUBSTANCE: turbine engine impeller contains blades that are permanently attached to the support ring, front and rear flanges. The shank of the blade is additionally pinched by an interloping fastening, made monolithically with a support ring, front and rear flanges. The protective metal overlay on the input edge is pinched by the blade shank, the front flange and the interloper fastening. Cut the layers of blade material and single blanks for the support ring, front and rear flanges. The cutting for the blades is carried out with the provision of the exit of the material intended for the interlacing attachment, beyond the contour of the shank. Press the scapula together with the metal overlay on the input edge. Put the workpiece into the separator to form the front flange and the aerodynamic profile of the support ring. Install the blades in the cavity of the separator, impregnate the binder and lay the material that extends beyond the liner contour. Install an elastic punch in the mould, lay layers of material between the interlacing and the rear flange. Install the pressure punch, apply pressure to the elastic punch.
EFFECT: increase the strength and stiffness of the impeller with a decrease in specific gravity.
