FIELD: electric machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric machine engineering, in particular to method for production stator of electrical machine, predominantly high power, with spooling as a coil having continuous insulation in grooving and front parts. Device stacked in accordance with their location in completely assembled stator and fixed conductors of the spooling is installed coaxially inside technological device for assembling stator having guides, axes of which are aligned with the axes of coil directions. Stator sectors are blocks consisting of segments of electrical steel compressed together between pressure plates and stator body components. Claws of the stator sector are installed between grooves of the spooling using screw stoppers, allowing smoothly move stator sector along the guides vertically down. After installation of all sectors and their fastening between each other, technological devices are removed.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to improve manufacturability of the stator.
