FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the means for organizing satellite television on land transport. Several video streams and its further playback on the television monitor with a delay in time are recorded and stored. In the process of receiving and processing a television signal, a buffer is formed from the fragment files of a given duration, the fragments are analyzed and marked with a time and quality code mark, after which they are placed in the file storage buffer. At the same time, a similar buffer is created on the television receiving satellite stationary subsystem, the reference buffer, same set of television programs with the recording in the corresponding local storage in the form of fragment files with the code time stamp, then on the mobile object the buffer is corrected, for which the marked faulty files, via the Internet, are replaced by reference ones taken from the corresponding reference buffer of the fixed satellite receiving subsystem. From the corrected buffer, a television signal is formed and sent to the television monitors with a delay for the time of buffering.

EFFECT: technical result is to improve the quality of the television image on the monitor.
