FIELD: mining; construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and construction - to drilling equipment, is used for drilling wells by the rotary-shock method. Pneumatic impact mechanism comprises a housing, in which a piston is arranged to form the working and the idle stroke chambers, an adapter with a central and lateral channels in its wall. On the outer surface of the adapter, an annular groove is provided with holes in its bottom, in which an elastic valve in the form of a torus is installed with preload, forming an over-valve cavity with the housing and the adapter, communicating with the pressure line through the side channels and the central channel of the adapter, and with the walls of the housing - the channel for the entry of the energy carrier into the working chamber. Elastic valve has the ability to open the path for the inlet of the energy carrier into the idling chamber, which includes openings in the bottom of the annular groove of the adapter, its central channel, the axial and the radial channels of the spindle-spool, installed in the central channels of the adapter and the piston, a drill bit with a purge channel. In the central channel of the adapter, an overlap is formed separating the adapter into the rear part with side channels and the front part with holes in the bottom of the annular groove. Overlap is made in one piece with an adapter, in the front part of which a boring is made, communicating holes in the bottom of the annular groove of the adapter with the axial channel of the spindle spool through the radial grooves formed in the wall of the spindle spool that is installed between the overlap and the drill bit with the possibility of axial movement together with the drill bit.
EFFECT: provides an increase in operational reliability by simplifying the design while reducing its length and reducing the cost.
