FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hoisting and transport engineering, namely to the construction of gantry cranes. Proposed gantry crane is a collapsible-mobile one-beam bridge with two consoles, struts connected respectively with the bridge consoles and crane supports. Each strut is equipped with a tensioning device and is made of two parts, one of which is articulated to the console, and the other is rigidly supported. Said parts of the strut are interconnected by a tensioning device including two pairs of eyelets with elliptical grooves rigidly fastened to the respective parts of the struts by two half-collars placed in elliptical grooves of the brackets and fixed to respective pairs of brackets, and a wedge located between the flat bevels formed on the inner surface of the half-sleeves. Above wedge is equipped with a drive for its displacement. In addition, the crane contains single-column supports with chain extensions, the lower part of each of the supports is connected to the undercarriage by a flange connection, and the upper part of the supports is bolted to a single-beam bridge, a chain hoist hinged on a single-girder bridge, a cargo shelf.
EFFECT: it is possible to disassemble and assemble the gantry crane, transport it with the use of an additional technical means, and carry out loading and unloading operations on platforms with any bearing surface.
