Other equipment installed inside the housing: a soup storage and dispensing system, including at least one soup container, a hydraulic soup dispensing and dosing system from at least one soup container and connected to the soup dispensing compartment, a system for maintaining a set temperature in the compartment with the container, a system for periodically mixing soup in the container, an automatic pipeline flushing system, a semi-automatic pipeline flushing system with the operator’s participation, the heating system of the glass with the product, the main control board with a microcontroller, while the system of periodic mixing of soup in the container is carried out by a pump of the hydraulic system for dispensing and dosing soup, made with the ability to intensively pump air into the soup container, thereby stirring it. At the same time, the soup storage and dispensing system additionally contains a container with water, and the system to heat the glass with the product is made in the form of a steam generator connected to the container with water, which supplies steam under pressure to the soup dispensing compartment and then into a glass with soup to warm it up.
