Output of the clock generator is connected to the reset inputs of the reverse counter, the memory register, to the input S of the second flip-flop and the first flip-flop, the reset input of which is connected to the reset input of the summing counter, the output of the third I element and the synchronization input of the memory register, the output is connected to the second input of the first I element, with the timer comprising a series of series resistors R1, R2, R3, comparators of the upper and lower thresholds, direct output of the flip-flop is the timer output, the direct input of the comparator of the upper threshold connected to each other and the inverse input of the lower threshold comparator form an information input of the timer, which is the input of the resistor R1, its output is connected to the inverse input of the comparator of the upper threshold and to the input of the resistor R2, the output of which is connected to the inverse input of the comparator of the upper threshold and to the input of the resistor R3, the output of which is connected to the common bus; The R input of the flip-flop is connected to the output of the upper threshold comparator, and the S input to the lower threshold comparator output.
