SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of engineering and testing technology and can be used for clamping pipes attached to the hydraulic system during hydraulic testing of pipes. Essence: the pipe clamping device comprises housing (1) with cylindrical channel (2) and socket (3) for the end portion of the pipe. Collet (4) is installed in body (1), consisting of casing (5) made of elastic material wrapping collet element (6), on the outer surface of which protective plates (7) are fixed. In this case, body part (1) under socket (3) under the end section of the pipe has working fluid supply passage (8) communicating with the cavity of socket (3). Channel (8) is provided with additional channel (9), connecting it with annular cavity (10) formed by a diametral notch formed on the outer surface of casing (5) of the elastic material and the inner surface of casing (1). Collet element (6) is made in the form of a cylindrical sleeve, along the generators of which are made through slots, not reaching the edge of the sleeve. And the slits are made alternately from one and the other side of the sleeve across the entire surface of the sleeve.
