FIELD: technology of water and air purification.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cleaning industrial effluents and can be used in enterprises of the electronic, instrument-making industry, as well as in industries that have galvanic plants and plots. Device comprises a sequentially connected receiving chamber 1 with a reagent 2 dispenser installed above it, a static mixer 3, an electrocoagulator 8 with electrodes and a blade mixer 9, pH meters 5, a chamber 11 with a high pressure pump 12, a continuous filter filter 13, a receptacle for a wet cake 15, press filter 18, concentration meters for heavy metal impurities 16, a pump for transferring under-treated water 23, a storage tank 24, a pump 25 for supplying water for a recycling cycle, control valves, microprocessor controllers 17 and 20, an ultrasonic flowmeter 26 on the inlet pipeline, a corrector for feeding the reagent 38, adder 37, scaling and correction amplifiers, the input flow quantity setting 33, the flow comparison unit 32, frequency regulators and corrector 41 of the agitating speed with an impeller stirrer.
EFFECT: improving the quality of water treatment and the efficiency of the device by adjusting the parameters of the plant and the amount of reagents supplied, depending on the volume and chemical composition of the effluent entering the treatment.
