FIELD: electronic industry; instrument-making industry; chemical industry; devices for purification of the industrial waste waters.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for purification of the industrial waste waters by the method of the electrochemical treatment of the water, in particular, by electrocoagulation of the specially prepared dispersion and may be used for purification of the industrial rinsing water from the organic compounds, inorganic solid suspensions, salts of the heavy metals at the enterprises of the electronic industry, instrument-making industry, and also on the productions incorporating the galvanic shops and sites. The device contains in series connected the reception chamber with the mounted in it batcher of the reactant, the chamber for pH measurements with the mounted above it PH-sensor. The reception chamber and the chamber for pH measurements in their lower parts are connected among themselves by the static mixer. The device has the electrocoagulator with electrodes and the paddle stirrer separated from the chamber of pH measurements by the overflow adjacent wall, the chamber with the high-pressure pump, the screen-thickener of continuous action and the receiving tank for the wet sediment. The device additionally contains the press-filter connected with the reception tank for wet sediment, the meters of concentration of impurities of the heavy metals, the pump for transmission of the non-fully purified water, the tank-collector and the pump used for water delivery into the recycle of the water purification. The output of the meter of the heavy metals impurities concentrations in the water after the screen-thickener of the continuous action is connected with the input of the control valve by means of the first microprocessor controller, and the output of the meter of the heavy metals impurities concentrations in the water after the mechanical drying of the wet sediment on the press-filter is connected to the input of the other control valve by means of the second microprocessor controller. The technical result of the invention is the improved quality of the water purification and efficiency of the device operation.
