FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and may relate to the manufacture of facing elements, ventilated facades, wall structures and, in particular, the manufacture of ventilation units. Method of manufacturing ventilation units includes laying a concrete mixture and embedded parts in a mold cavity, sealing and holding the product to a set of initial strength. At the same time, a cement of M-600 grade and a quartz sand of fraction 0.2–1.4 mm in a ratio of 1:1 is fed into a high-speed mixer first. Acrylic emulsion is added to the mixture in an amount of 1.5–2.0 % by weight of the mixture of sand and cement. Add plasticizer in an amount of 10–15 %. Then add water and mix vigorously at 1,000–1,500 rpm for 1.5–2.0 minutes. Prepare a mold for manufacturing, in which the bottom has a lip under the groove, and the top protrusion under the spike. Inner surface of the mold is lubricated with a moisture-resistant lubricant and the resulting emulsion is applied by means of a spray gun to a thickness of 0.5–1.0 mm. Then a glass fiber filament is fed into the spray gun, where it is cut into lengths of 12–35 mm (fiber) and mixed with the resulting emulsion, while the percentage of fibers in the mixture is 4.3–5.5 %. After that the final mixture at a pressure of 2.5–3.0 mPa is applied to the walls of the mold by layer thickness of 4–7 mm and compact each layer with spring rollers to a total thickness of 15–20 mm.
EFFECT: technical result is a decrease in the material consumption and simplification of installation work.
