FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and is intended primarily for making articles of small architectural forms. Method of making composite decorative facade products involves forming an article in a mold and holding it to stripping strength. At the same time the shape consisting of flat and shaped parts is thoroughly cleaned and lubricated with separating liquid. Flat part is limited by end boards and glass fiber cloth impregnated with water-cement suspension or reinforcing net is laid on mold bottom. Prepared is a concrete mixture with addition of granulated quartz sand and water at ratio of 1:5, which is filled with the entire area of the flat part of the mold and compacted. Embedded parts, for example pins, are laid. Then filling of shaped parts is started, for this purpose mixture of glass fiber concrete is applied in layer-by-layer specified thickness of the product, for example, from 10 to 25 mm. Layers are applied by spraying and compacted. Glass fiber concrete is applied to the edge of the mold. Excess glass fiber concrete is removed from the corners and along the edge of the mold. Then mold is covered with covering material and maintained in conditions of maximum moisture and heat saving in warm room for not less than 12 hours to set of stripping strength. Then it is removed from the mold and laid on evenly exposed rack under polyethylene film. After strength development of concrete product arrives at finished goods warehouse.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of decorative facade products operational properties after their installation.
