FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the inspection of the technical condition of the foundations of pump units and can be used during the operation of pump stations for the timely prevention of accidents of pump units during the transportation of gas, oil and oil products. Method of inspecting the foundations of pump units is characterized by data analysis. Data refer to the engineering and geological conditions of the site of a foundation location, the physical and mechanical properties of the foundation soil under the foundation, overall dimensions of pump units, arrangement of pump unit foundations in relation to existing building structures, location and dimensions of fastening elements of pump units. Then, the conditions of operation of the foundation of the pump unit are evaluated in relation to the operating temperature in terms of recording the existence of periods of freezing-thawing and protection of the design of pump units from atmospheric actions due to the instrumental measurements of humidity, during the installation of absence of the specified influences the inspection is carried out, including opening of a finishing layer of an underground part of the foundation, visual inspection of accessible constructions of the foundation, instrumental measurement of the foundation tilt, and also measurement of strength properties of materials of the foundation construction. Then, visual and measurement control and ultrasonic inspection of foundation bolts are carried out, after which measurements the structures of foundations of accessible for examining, their elements and assemblies are made.

EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring the rapid detection of the occurrence of defects in the foundations of pump units, excluding the negative impact of survey on the bearing capacity of foundations, and increasing the reliability of the survey.
