FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction and may be used for alignment of buildings and structures by lowering those foundations that are located higher than elevation of remaining foundations of the present structure as a result of uneven settling of base, mostly in silty-clayed soils capable of frost boil. Method of structure alignment includes freezing, soil thaw and its excavation. Control and discharge wells are drilled in foundation base, and soil is frozen and thawed by alternate lowering of freezing and heating elements into control wells. Soil is excavated through discharge wells by means of prepared paste extrusion under weight of aligned structure. In case of well-free technology soil is frozen and thawed by cyclical cooling and heating of foundation due to change of ambient temperature, with heat insulation of foundation part in winter period, and soil is excavated by extrusion of prepared paste under weight of aligned structure.
EFFECT: simplification of careen alignment technology with reduction of wet technological processes.
