SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the security alarm. Based on the radiating cable system includes a transmitting radiating cable and a receiving radiating cable connected to a wideband high-frequency amplifier connected to the first and second mixers first inputs, which corresponding outputs are connected to the first and second broadband amplifiers corresponding inputs, the first and second low-frequency amplifiers, signals from which are supplied to the processing unit (PU), first and second broadband amplifiers corresponding outputs are connected to the first and second sampling and storage units first inputs, respectively, which outputs are connected to the first and second low-frequency amplifiers corresponding first inputs, the high-frequency signal generator is a master oscillator (MO), which first output is connected to the pulse generator (PG) first input, connected to the transmitting radiating cable, MO second output is connected to the first mixer second input and through the phase shifter is to the second mixer second input, MO third output is connected to the frequency divider input, connected to the control and synchronization unit input, which first output is connected to the PG second input, second output is connected to the first and second sampling and storage units second inputs, and the PU output is connected to the first and second low-frequency amplifiers second inputs.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of the sensitivity equalization along the detection boundary, increase in the noise immunity and detection level.
