SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing information for providing a service. Method comprises establishing communication between a server computing device and a client computing device; receiving a shortcode from the client computing device, wherein the shortcode is associated with a service of the server computing device; identifying a match between the received shortcode and one of the shortcodes maintained in a listing; in response to finding the match, identifying a list of actions and content associated with one of the shortcodes, which is transmitted to the client computing device, the listing comprising: instructing the client computing device to instantiate a process to generate an order request form without user intervention and to display a graphical representation of the order request form to a user after receiving the shortcode; receiving an order request form from a client computing device; and transmitting to the computing device of a vehicle an order request for vehicle shipment.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the accuracy of the service order.
