SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceuticals and is a method for producing a therapeutic hydrogel comprising administering to a polymeric composition a drug in a concentration of 0.25–20 % by weight and a stabilizing additive, radiation sterilization at 6–15 kGy, characterized in that 2-phenoxyethanol is added as a stabilizing additive in a concentration of 1.0–1.5 % by weight, and the polymer composition is selected from sodium alginate or a mixture of sodium alginate and sodium hyaluronate at a 5:1 ratio with constant stirring, maintaining 60–120 minutes, and then the drug is selected from the group consisting of: dioxidine, lidocaine hydrochloride, a mixture of lidocaine hydrochloride and dioxidine, sodium deoxyribonucleate, mixture of lidocaine hydrochloride and sodium deoxyribonucleate, dimexide, propolis, a mixture of lidocaine hydrochloride and εaminocaproic acid, mixture of extracts of chamomile and nettle, with constant stirring, sterilization is carried out in a period of 1 to 7 days.
EFFECT: invention provides possibility of increasing the time interval between the preparation and packaging of the hydrogel while maintaining the desired rheological characteristics of the hydrogel after sterilization.
