FIELD: cryptography.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the cryptogram transmitting method and device. Method consists in the fact that forming the information carrier on the transmitting side, then transmitting the modulated data carrier from the transmitting side to the receiving side via the communication channel, where the received information carrier is demodulated to extract the information signal. At that, the information carrier formation is carried out by means of a pseudorandom dynamic system, which structure is pre-synthesized according to predetermined characteristics, which are changed during the system operation, wherein during the said pseudo-random dynamic system synthesizing, setting the system parameters ensuring the said pseudo-random dynamic system synchronous operation on the receiving and transmitting sides and for the given pseudo-random dynamic system selecting parameter values providing the said information carrier formation in the form of the pseudo-random bitstream pulses with characteristics providing the cryptographically stable information conversion for data transmission, at that, the information carrier modulation is performed using the narrowband modulator with a master carrier frequency generator in accordance with the pseudo-random radio or optical pulses information signal, reception and demodulation on the receiving side are performed using a dynamic system synchronized with the transmitting side said pseudo-random dynamic system.

EFFECT: technical result is ensuring of the transmitted over the communication channel information confidentiality.
