SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the electron accelerator based on the ferroelectric plasma (FEP) cathode. EFFECT: technical result is to ensure the compactness of the device at the simplicity of execution in combination with the possibility, without significant changes in the design, to vary the energy of the beam electrons and the duration of beam generation (the duration of the current pulse of the electron beam).
