SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical equipment. Hollow cylinder 1 consists of two halves. Around column 8, two halves of the cylinder are placed on the ground. They are pressed from above and from below by clamps 3. Then film 5 with photocells 6 is helically wound onto hollow cylinder 1 consisting of two halves, between protruding strips 4. Wires 7 are connected to photocells 6. Wires 7 are connected to the power line.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to position the solar battery around a pole or tree.
