FIELD: medicine, neurology.
SUBSTANCE: one should affect with infra-red impulse laser radiation generated by a matrix out of 8-10 light diodes the projection area of affected nervous trunk and its branches at total power being 32-48 W, impulse frequency of 80-150 Hz for 8-10 min. Then one should affect the area of trophic and autonomic disorders at impulse frequency being 300-600 Hz for 8-10 min. Then, without any time interval, one should affect with impulse ultrasound the projection of cervical or lumbar spinal thickening which segmentally corresponds to a traumatized limb, and the projection of nervous trunk at impulse duration of 10 msec, impact intensity of 0.4-1.0 W/sq. cm and duration of 10-12 min. procedures should be performed daily, about 10-12 procedures/course. The method enables to accelerate the process of axone regeneration and remyelinization in affected nerves, provides quicker regress of motor disorders and sensitive disorders and enables to interrupt pain syndrome.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
