FIELD: transport traffic control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automation and telecontrol for controlling train movement. Method is based on receiving optical signals about the distance to the obstacle and used to determine the optimum speed, where the electronic locomotive placard of the driver is controlled by a locomotive computer that controls the traction and braking of the train. Moreover, information about the distance to the obstacle is determined by the station computer, to which information on the passage of the head or tail of the train of these points is transmitted from the linear points along the second channel, on the same channel from the station computer to the locomotive computer through signal converters and optical systems information about the distance to the obstacle is transmitted, and the first channel is powered by linear points, and also due to a short break in the power supply, passes the frame synchronization signal for synchronous operation of computers and linear points.
EFFECT: increased traffic capacity and safer train movement are achieved.
