FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of controlling movement of trains with monitoring the state of rail lines. In compliance with this invention, control over conditions of railroad lines RL is carried out by tonal rail circuits TRC by means of two-wire line for supply of TRC LS and step-by-step operation of linear distributors of LD and two-wire line of control LC for transmitting information on state of RC to posts of electric interlocking EI of adjacent stations; line LS and LC are laid from the middle of the line to the station, tone track generator TG is connected to the LS at the post of electric interlocking, and tonal track receiver TR - to LC; on the boundaries of RC track boxes TB are installed with equipment of feeding end FEg (generator) or receiving end REg; outputs of linear distributors LD placed in TB are connected to electronic switch ES; according to LC, information on RC state is cyclically transmitted to TR, at that, to TR by means of track transformers TT and LC, receiving end of RC is connected, on locomotives, information on state of RC located in zone of ZC is transmitted, and additionally on RC in section, transmission of information from EI post to locomotives is carried out by means of telecontrol order of TC with participation of radio transmitter of EI post, information is received on locomotives from EI post by means of locomotive radio receiver of LRR, the same information is transmitted to all locomotives in the earthing connection: on free RCs on the haul and established routes at the station, switching of the LRR from reception of the radio signal from the EI post of the departure station to reception of the signal from the EI post of the receiving station is carried out in the middle of the haul, which is fixed by the RGL.
