Self-propelled vessel, petroleum scoop, containing means for collecting oil and oil products, means for collecting floating debris, means for separating oily waters, cisterns for accumulation oil residues and means for discharging treated water into sea, garbage sorting lines and tanks for its accumulation, made with two flexible floating booms installed in ship stern part, equipped with slip, which is equipped with means for receiving floating debris and / or oil products, and its lower edge is located below waterline, flexible floating booms are made in form of strip from flexible material, upper part of which is made with positive buoyancy, and bottom one is equipped with ballast, boom is secured to cable-cable, which is electrically connected at one end to power supply source installed on vessel, and other is electrically connected electrically to executive electric motor of small craft, made in form of towing boat, with remote control from vessel by cable or radio channel, bottom part of which is made with ability to lift it along slip.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding operational capabilities of oil scraper.
