FIELD: cable technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cable technology, namely to sealed high-frequency twisted pair cables. Sealed electrical cable includes an outer shell defining an internal cavity with a cross-sectional area S1. Inside the outer shell there are structural elements consisting of conductor, insulating and shielding materials occupying an area equal to S2 in the cross-section of the outer sheath of the cable. Between the materials of the structure there is a water-blocking filling, laid with the preservation of air gaps between the structural elements and consisting of water-blocking strands and tapes. Cable includes at least one pair of conductor cores spirally twisted together with at least one water-blocking yarn.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the transmission parameters of high-frequency signals of a sealed electric cable.
