FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conductor terminal (1) having insulating material housing (2) and at least one spring-loaded clamping connection in insulating material housing (2) and at least one actuation element (3) that is pivotable accommodated in insulating material housing (2) and is designed to open in each case at least one associated spring-loaded clamping connection. Actuation element (3) has two lever arm portions (7a, 7b) which are spaced from each other and at least partially enter insulating material housing (2) with a pivot bearing region (23) and, at a distance from said pivot bearing region (23), are connected to each other by transversal connecting part (8), to form a lever arm. Lever arm portions (7a, 7b) of actuation element (3) in the downwardly rotated direction towards insulating material housing (2) by the closed state of said actuating element (3) adjoin each to the corresponding side wall portion (29a, 29b) adjacent to spring-loaded clamping connection (9).
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of a compact clamp design.
