SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and can be used in a wireless communication system. For this, the wireless communication system includes the first and the second transmission point, wherein the wireless communication method implemented at the first transmission point supports coordinated point-multipoint send and receiver (Coordinated Multipoint, CoMP). Method comprises the step of transmitting to the second transmission point one or more groups of transmission and reception hypotheses of CoMP and a transmission step to the second transmission point of positive effect metric corresponding to each group of transmission and reception hypotheses of CoMP, where the metric of positive effect can be a negative value.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of transmission capacity.
