Centrifugal compressor comprises: housing (10), provided with mounting chamber (11), thread section (12) being provided on a side wall of mounting chamber (11); adjusting piece (20), mounted in mounting chamber (11), having threads adapting to thread section (12); driving piece (30), mounted in mounting chamber (11) and configured to drive adjusting piece (20) to move forwards or backwards along thread section (12); and adjustable diffuser (40), fixedly connected to adjusting piece (20). Centrifugal water chilling unit comprising a centrifugal compressor is also disclosed.

EFFECT: centrifugal compressor and centrifugal water chilling unit can solve the problem that the adjustable diffuser easily inclines and is stuck, thereby greatly improving the reliability of the centrifugal compressor.
