FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention to wheels with built-in electric motors. Motor wheel contains a rim with a tire, a hollow shaft for coupling with the semi-axis of the car, an electric motor. Electric motor consists of a stator fixed to the hollow axis with coils of winding placed with a fixed angular distance, rotor connected to the rim of the wheel and movably fixed to the bearings on the hollow axle, and rotor position sensors. In the motor-wheel are introduced alternating rotor and stator disks consisting of ferromagnetic and non-magnetic elements in the form of sectors. Overhead teeth with coils are installed on the end surface of the ring of the stator package, on the surface of the teeth and on the other ring there are wedge-shaped protrusions. Teeth protrusions and ferromagnetic elements of the stator disks, as well as the ferromagnetic elements of the rotor disks, have their same angular dimensions and positions. Number of ferromagnetic elements on the stator disk zc and on the rotor disk zp are connected by the equality zp = zc ± 2p, where p is the number of the stator poles. On the hollow axis of the motor-wheel is fixed the flange of the stator with conical holes, the number of which coincides with the number of conical rods of the hub of the car. Hub is mounted on the semi-axle of the car with a thread for fixing the motor-wheel with a screw and washer.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to increase the efficiency and reliability of the motor wheel.
