FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a motor wheel. Motor wheel contains: a tire, a rim, a disk, an electric motor, a stator flange and a rotor position sensor. Electric motor consists of a stator with winding coils, a rotor connected to the rim of the wheel, a rotor of fast rotation, a hollow shaft mounted on the semiaxis of the car, and magnetic circuits located along the ends of the motor-wheel. Stator is fixed to the hollow axis. Coils of the stator winding are located with a fixed angular distance. Rotor is fixed to the bearings on the hollow axis. Alternating rotor and stator disks consist of ferromagnetic and nonmagnetic elements in the form of sectors. Magnetic cores are made by winding in the form of two rings of electrotechnical steel tape. Rotor of fast rotation is made in the form of a disk with 2p permanent magnets in the form of sectors, magnetized axially with alternating polarity. Rotor with the bearing is mounted on a hollow axis between the magnetic circuits. On the hollow axle, a stator flange with tapered holes is fixed, the number of which coincides with the number of conical rods of the hub of the car. Semiaxis of the car in the center has a thread for fixing the motor-wheel with a screw and washer.
EFFECT: creation of a motor wheel with improved energy performance is achieved.
