FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the wheels with built-in electric motors. Motor-wheel contains a rim with a tire, a hollow shaft for coupling with the semi-axis of the car, an electric motor consisting of a stator fixed to the hollow axis with coils of winding placed at a fixed angular distance, a rotor connected to the rim of the wheel and movably fixed to the bearings on the hollow axis, and rotor position sensors. In the motor-wheel are introduced alternating disks of the rotor and stator, consisting of ferromagnetic and non-magnetic elements in the form of sectors, and a fast rotation rotor. Overhead teeth with coils are installed on the end surface of the ring of the stator package, on the surface of the teeth and on the other ring there are wedge-shaped protrusions. Teeth protrusions and ferromagnetic elements of the stator disks, as well as the ferromagnetic elements of the rotor disks, have their same angular dimensions and positions. Fast rotation rotor is made in the form of a disk with permanent magnets in the form of sectors magnetized axially with alternating polarity, on a shaft with a bearing. On the hollow axis of the motor-wheel is fixed the flange of the stator with conical holes.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to increase the efficiency and reliability of the motor wheel.
