FIELD: experimental aerodynamics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of experimental aerodynamics, in particular to the aircraft’ aeroelasticity problems studies. Model contains a supporting frame, which is made as the airfoil part, which includes part of the upper and lower surfaces, such as a wing or horizontal tail (part of the side, for example, left and right, keel surfaces), along the airfoil span, ribs are installed, made split and detachable, preferably of thermoplastic materials, rigidly connected to the skin, the nose is divided into removable replaceable sections, similar to the full-scale body airfoil leading edge mechanization sections, is made hollow with the use of composite materials in the form of a U-shaped shell, reinforced with a set of ribs, the trailing edge is divided into removable replaceable sections, similar to the full-scale body airfoil leading edge mechanization sections, is made hollow with the use of composite materials in the form of a V-shaped shell reinforced with a set of ribs, replaceable loads, simulating fuel, are installed in the supporting frame internal volume.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of the aerodynamic and aeroelastic modeling capabilities in the aircraft airfoils high-quality aeroelastic aerodynamic models manufacturing, in the design simplification, increase in the high-quality aeroelasticity similar models process creating efficiency, increase in the model strength and the aircraft wing and fins stiffness characteristics and geometric contours simulation accuracy.
