SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in the rehabilitation of patients with multiple adentia of the teeth, including in patients with incomplete growth of jaws. Pre-prosthetics of supporting permanent teeth with telescopic crowns, and teeth of temporary bite with metal crowns – cast or stamped. Prosthesis is mounted on the telescopic crowns of the patrician with the help of telescopic crowns of matrices on permanent teeth. Application of the claimed solution is intended for the age category up to 25 years.
EFFECT: method allows to carry out, if necessary, repeated relocation, which allows to repair defects in the dentition with multiple adentium, taking into account the features of growth and development of the jaws, while preventing possible negative consequences of the use of removable dentures at an early age.
