FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has base plate and artificial denture. The artificial denture is fixed on movable part of the base plate. The base plate has the property of vertical displacement in the area of failing teeth in the direction of deformed area on the opposite jaw by means of superelastic spring. One end of the spring is rigidly fixed on the movable part base of the base plate, and the other one in the corresponding recess. The size and shape of the recess correspond to the movable part of the base plate. As a result of it, constants of occlusion engagement contacts are created at all stages of chewing cycle useable in prophylaxis of periodontium overload complications of teeth to be transferred.
