SUBSTANCE: invention refers to orthopaedic dentistry and can be used in clasp dental prosthetics born by a tooth with unsafe periodontium tissues. A method for making a clasp dental prosthesis involves making impressions and a model, modelling a frame of the clasp dental prosthesis with clamping, latch fixation of the bearing teeth, making an arch, a mesh, an artificial gum, teeth. The tooth with unsafe periodontium tissues, which can be removed further, is covered with a telescopic cap whereon a whole piece telescopic crown with metal pearls is made, coated with plastic; the frame of the clasp dental prosthesis is modelled in such a manner that the arch of the thickness 2-4 mm passed round circularly the bearing tooth with unsafe periodontium tissues and seats along an alveolar process or an alveolar portion, while an internal edge of the arch is distanced at 1-3 mm from the telescopic crown, at 0.5-0.6 mm from a mucous membrane on the lower jaw at an upper edge, not less than at 1 mm at a bottom edge, at 0.6-1 mm on the upper jaw. It is followed by artificial teeth placement; wax is replaced by plastic in such a manner that the plastic coated telescopic crown is soldered in a base of the clasp dental prosthesis. After extraction of the bearing tooth with unsafe periodontium tissues covered with the telescopic cap; the telescopic crown is filled with basic plastic without involving a prosthesis structure.

EFFECT: preserved structure of the clasp dental prosthesis after extraction of the bearing tooth.
