SUBSTANCE: according to the invention, the preform comprises a first longitudinal portion for forming a blade root, a second longitudinal portion extending the first longitudinal portion and intended to form a blade portion, and a first transverse portion extending transversely from the junction between the first and second longitudinal portions and intended to form a first platform. First transverse portion is formed by at least parts of first and second free webs folded over each other. First free web and first longitudinal portion and second free web and second longitudinal portion are made by joint weaving with disconnection. At the junction between the first and second longitudinal portions, there is a crossing of the layer so that the yarns of the first free web extend in the second longitudinal portion and that the yarns of the second free web exit the first longitudinal portion.
EFFECT: invention relates to a fibre preform for a gas turbine engine blade obtained by one-piece three-dimensional weaving.
