FIELD: compactors.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of waste disposal. Device for collecting waste to be recycled comprises a waste compacting mechanism having waste disposal container (4), support element (5) for retaining and compressing waste, and hydrostatic pressure application mechanism (6) acting on two guide rails (7). Hydrostatic pressure application mechanism is located inside the support element, which is located under container (4). Waste compacting mechanism is located in the upper part and in the centre of the garbage container. Under the garbage container is safety device (2) comprising base (8) in the form of a parallelepiped provided with group of axes (9). External housing (3) is provided, said housing being provided with container (10) made of antioxidant metal reinforced with vertical and horizontal ribs (11) located on its outer surface. Waste is discharged through container (4) into the garbage container, in which two guide rails (7) are arranged to be opened when hydrostatic pressure is applied.

EFFECT: increase in the amount of stored waste and reduction in the frequency of garbage disposal, as well as reduction of the harmful impact on the environment.
