FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in the repair of hydraulic motors used in various branches of industrial production, for example, in lifting and transporting machines, hydraulic cranes and manipulators. Method includes operations of disassembly, defects, replacement of seals and bearings, restoration of mating with a shaft supporting surfaces of body parts by polymeric coating by installing sliding bearings from a cloth-reinforced antifriction material with an epoxy-based binder with fillers including graphite and polytetrafluoroethylene, finishing and assembly. Additionally, the friction surface between the housing and the motor shaft is reconstructed by pre-machining processing of the inner surface of the hydraulic motor housing, followed by reduction with the help of said antifriction material.
EFFECT: invention provides the required level of reliability of operation of repaired hydraulic motors by increasing the torque on the motor shaft by reducing internal leakage.
