FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: first, motors are disassembled, flaw detection is executed, seals and bearings are replaced. Structural parts bearing surfaces mating the shafts are recovered by fitting them in plain bearing seats, said bearings being composed of antifriction material with epoxy resin-based binder with fillers containing graphite and polytetrafluorine ethylene, and outer ply reinforced with fabric, and assembling. Note here that used are split plain bearings with abrasive powder applied on outer ply. Said bearings as-folded are fitted in structural part seats. Required mating of parts being fitted is ensured by expansion with simultaneous mandrelling by hydraulic motor shaft. Besides, abrasive powder contains particles of metal with hardness higher than that of structural part and solid non-metal particles.
EFFECT: sufficient reliability after repair, simplified repair procedure.
