FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in repair of hydraulic motors operating in lifting and transportation machines, hydraulic cranes-manipulators. Proposed method includes disassembling, testing for defects, replacement of seals and bearings, restoration of support surfaces of base members mated with shafts with polymeric coating by boring, degreasing and application of coating by gluing polymeric bushings, drying, finishing and assembling. Used as polymeric coating are composite polymeric bushings made of fabric-reinforced antifriction material with epoxy resin-based binder with fillers including graphite and polytetrafluoroethylene.
EFFECT: provision of required level of reliability of repair hydraulic motors, simplified repair process.
