FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: trolley contains an H-shaped frame consisting of sidewalls and a transverse beam, mounted through axle-bearing suspension on wheelsets with electric motors and reducers, a system of hydraulic vibration dampers, elastic elements of the second stage of spring suspension, an intermediate frame with a pin, interacting with the body and mounted on the H-frame of the bogie through the sliding supports. On the intermediate frame there are horizontal shock absorbers of nonlinear rigidity interacting with the body. In the sidewalls of the frame, a reverse-action hydraulic cylinder is installed above each axle, interacting with the stem and axle box. Rod of each hydraulic cylinder of the reverse action passes into the hole of the bracket fixed on each bush, at the end of each rod, at a distance of 0.7 static bending of the pedestrian stage of the spring suspension, a nut is installed, the diameter of which is larger than the hole in the bracket. Intermediate frame has ribs that engage with wedge-shaped cutouts made at the bottom of the levers, which are connected to the rods of the hydraulic cylinders mounted on the body by its upper part. Each electric motor is fixed on a platform supported by one end through bearings on the axis of the wheel pair, at the other end – through a pendulum suspension on the transverse frame beam.
EFFECT: provides the creation of a high-speed biaxial trolley for multifunctional rolling stock, which provides high speeds and the ability to block elastic movements of spring suspension.
