FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration protection means. Vibration isolator contains a cylindrical shell made of a vibration damping material fixed to the upper flat stop with a clearance relative to the lower flat stop. Second cylindrical shell of the vibration damping material is installed coaxially first, covers it, and is fixed to the lower flat stop with a clearance relative to the upper flat stop. Cavity of the cylindrical shell is filled with a set of two damping disks fixed on an elastic axis coaxially located with a cylindrical shell. Between the damping disks cylindrical helical spring is arranged. Internal cavities between damping disks and flat stops are filled with elements of a mesh structure. Cavity between the damping disks is filled with polyurethane.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
