FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator consists of cylindrical spiral spring interacting with pendulum mechanism. Bottom end of the spring rests against the top flange of the casing. Pendulum mechanism is made in form of threaded rod with nuts at ends and support washers. Top rubber resilient element is located between upper flange of the spring and thrust washer and lower one is between the support washer and plate, on which bumper equipment is attached. Body of the vibration isolator contains three damping rods, to the ends of which flat rigid supports are connected. Inner cavity of the rods is filled with a set of two damping disks. Disks are fixed on an elastic axis coaxially located with a cylindrical shell. Between the damping discs in the cavity filled with vibration damping material a cylindrical helical spring is located.
EFFECT: provided is higher efficiency of vibration isolation in the resonance mode, simplified design and assembling.
