FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for the processing equipment, including weaving looms vibration isolation. Two-stage cylindroconical vibration isolator is made in the form of a two-stage frame consisting of connected in series frame: an upper and a lower, with coaxially placed in them resilient damping element (8), made in the form of a cylindrical helical spring, the coils of which are covered with a vibration damping material, for example polyurethane. Vibration-insulated object is fixed on the upper frame. Upper frame is made in the form of rigid cylindrical shell (4) coaxially arranged with element (8) and shell (7) in the form of a truncated cone, coaxially and axisymmetrically attached to an upper part of cylindrical shell (4), made in the form of an inverted glass with a rigid bottom. Lower base of shell (7) of the truncated cone is open and designed to install at least two inclined resilient elements (5, 6) resting on the struts (2, 3), respectively connected to base (1) of the lower frame. Ring (10) with vibration damping material is attached on base (1) to fix a lower end of element (8), an upper end of which abuts against the rigid bottom of cylindrical shell (4) through vibration damping gasket (9). Resilient elements (5, 6) are made in the form of cylindrical helical springs.
EFFECT: increase in the vibration isolation effectiveness.
